Roger Federer has many followers around the world and probably his biggest fan is his wife Mirka.

The Slovak-born loves to follow her husband all over the world especially during slams and being a former pro-player she knows very well what Roger feels during the matches and the hurdles he needs to overcome. Federer lost a heartbreaking final against Novak Djokovic in Wimbledon, but we can’t forget his fantastic win over his “nemesis” Rafael Nadal in the semifinal when Roger conquered the Spaniard in 4 sets (7-6 1-6 6-3 6-4).

After that match, even Mirka was surprised by Roger’s performance to comment: “My husband is superman.”

Roger is well aware of the crucial role that Mirka has in his life from a personal and professional point of view to often say that she is “his rock.”
