Bad news from Borna Coric that will undergo a knee surgery.

The Croatian has two bones irritated by a tendon on his knee, and he needs to correct this problem as soon as possible. The operation is scheduled for this coming Tuesday in Zagreb, and he should take a couple of months for the rehabilitation.

Will Coric play the Davis Cup final?

The big question mark is if Borna will be ready for the Davis Cup final that will take place the 25th of November.

According to the Croatian Davis Cup captain, Zeljko Krajan, there are still small chances of recovery

“I think it is still too early, I would not automatically write off Borna.” Krajan commented “To my knowledge, he will try his best to recover by the end of November. How will all of this flow, we don’t know, but it is hoped that all is not lost.”
