Rafael Nadal is traveling the world for more than 6 months per year to chase his titles. However, it is well known that when the Spanish sensation is back home he loves to spend his time on his yacht.
The world no.2 bought his 23-meter-long yacht “Beethoven” back in 2016 that has 4 big cabins with an ensuite bathroom each of them. While the luxury yacht was purchased for 3.2 million francs, Rafa decided to put it on the market at the British shipyard “Camper & Nicholson” for around 2.8 million francs.
During a recent interview, Rafa revealed that he can find his peace on his yacht that is one of the few places he can enjoy without being “harassed” by the tennis fans.
Nadal commented: “I love being with people, but the yacht gives me the opportunity to get away and be alone. Or just spending time with certain people whenever I want.”
According to reports, Rafa has already thought about a suitable replacement and apparently a 30-meter catamaran is already under construction.
