DOPING. Nadal’s files leaked by Fancy Bears

Rafael Nadal is 100% clean.

According to the files leaked by Fancy Bears, the Spanish sensation obtained two Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUEs). The first time it was in 2009 when he had the permission to take betamethasone to fight an inflammation soon after the US Open.  Then Rafa was able to get some corticotrophins in 2012 to cope with the inflammation to his knee.

Why Rafa is completely clean

It’s Nadal to give the right explanation about why he has never cheated

“There are many things which, day to day, are banned substances, but when you ask permission, and you get it, it stops being illegal. I have never taken anything to improve my sporting performance. Simply, the doctors [told] me to take something to improve my knee.”

A GREAT idea from Nadal

Then Rafa proposes an excellent idea. The King of Clay thinks that these files have to become public domain so as not to generate any weird and useless conspiracy theory

“It is a private matter which does not need to be private,” Rafa said. “No need for a hacker to deliver it. It would be good for everyone. If every time you successfully do a doping test, [and] it’s announced and the results are published, it would finish all these discussions and all be transparent.”

Cheaters have to be apprehended, but being supremely fit doesn’t mean being doped.

Is Nadal doped?
