Novak Djokovic has returned to training for the first time since suffering a hamstring injury at the Australian Open. The 24-time Grand Slam champion practiced at Belgrade’s Gemax Tennis Club, where he made his Challenger debut 21 years ago.
Following intensive treatments in his hometown, Djokovic is expected to travel to Doha in the coming days to compete at the ATP 500 event alongside Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz.
The 37-year-old is determined to regain top form and pursue his 100th ATP title. Djokovic began his 2025 season in Brisbane but suffered an early loss to Reilly Opelka. The hamstring tear forced him into recovery mode, but his team’s treatments have yielded positive results. Now, the Serbian legend looks ready to resume competition as he sets his sights on another title run in Doha.
