Some more good news for tennis!

Andy Murray will represent Team UK at the upcoming Games in Rio.

The world no.2 will be another tennis player that will represent his country after Nadal (Spain) and Wozniacki (Denmark).

It will be an incredible honor. MURRAY

Andy was absolutely vital for Great Britain to win the Davis Cup last year, and he can’t wait to represent the UK in Rio. The Brit has already conquered a gold medal in London (singles) and the silver in mixed doubles with Laura Robson.

“To lead out Team GB will be an incredible honor, the biggest in sport,” he commented. “I obviously have great memories of London, and I am 100% focused on winning here in Rio.

The privilege of being the flag bearer is a moment I will remember for the rest of my life and will certainly be one of the highlights of my career.”
