Jannik Sinner, the World No. 1 tennis star, recently took a break from his rigorous preseason training in Dubai to bond with his girlfriend Anna Kalinskaya’s family. Sinner spent time with Kalinskaya’s brother, Nikolay Kalinskiy, a professional footballer, and his family.
The Italian posed for photos with Nikolay, his wife Valeria, and their two children. Nikolay, who plays for FC Pari Nizhny Novgorod, even gifted Sinner one of his football jerseys, commemorating the moment.
Dubai has become Sinner’s base for preparations ahead of the 2025 season. The player enjoyed a historic 2024, securing his first two Grand Slam titles at the Australian Open and US Open, along with three Masters 1000 and two ATP 500 titles. He also ended the year as World No. 1 and helped Italy clinch a second consecutive Davis Cup title.

Before heading to Dubai, Sinner celebrated Kalinskaya’s birthday in Miami and attended the 2024 SuperTennis Awards in Milan. His current training regimen includes sessions with players like Grigor Dimitrov and Karen Khachanov.

Ranked world no.1, the Italian played his last match on the 24th of November when he beat world no.40 Tallon Griekspoor 7-6(2) 6-2 in the Rubber 2 of the Davis Cup (draw).
At present, during this year Jannik has managed to achieve a compiled 73-6 match record. Jannik conquered 8 titles in 2024 at the Australian Open, Rotterdam, Miami, Halle, Cincinnati, U.S. Open, Shanghai and the Nitto ATP Finals. Jannik got to the final in Beijing.

At the moment ranked no.14, Anna played her last match on the 18th of October when she surrendered to world no.22 Karolina Muchova 2-6 6-2 6-3 in the quarter in Ningbo (draw).
Currently, during this year Anna has managed to achieve a compiled 38-19 record. Anna Kalinskaya’s best result of the current year was getting to the final in Dubai and Berlin.
