On December 15, the KuCoin-sponsored 2024 Open Padel Cup for Government Institutions came to a successful end at Just Padel in Mina Rashid. Several government agencies competed fiercely in the event, displaying remarkable talent and sportsmanship.
With 50 governmental sectors taking part over the course of three thrilling days, the event was a remarkable display of skill and unity. Intense matches marked the last day of the champion competition, which ended with a lavish celebration when the Dubai Police Team won.
In addition to winning the title, the Dubai Police Team dominated the competition by taking the top three spots. The Dubai Police Team ‘B’ emerged victorious, with Team ‘C’ coming in second and Team ‘D’ earning the bronze.
Prominent luminaries such as Anwar Idrissi, Director of Just Padel, Dr. Gao Wei, representing title sponsors KuCoin, and Saeed Al Marri, Secretary-General of the UAE Padel Association, attended the awards ceremony. KuCoin hosted a special luncheon for VIPs during the event, where media professionals, members from the UAE Padel Association, and the Dubai Sports Council had thought-provoking discussions.
