In a heartwarming celebration of love and tennis, former Top 10 WTA player Julia Goerges and recently-retired ATP doubles World No.1 Wesley Koolhof exchanged vows over the weekend. The couple, who have been together for the better part of the 2020s, were married at the Landgoed Hotel & Restaurant Groot Warnsborn in Arnhem, Netherlands.

Koolhof, on the other hand, enjoyed a successful doubles career, spending 34 weeks as the world’s top doubles player and winning 21 ATP Tour doubles titles. His career highlights include the 2023 Wimbledon title with Neal Skupski and the 2020 ATP Finals crown with Nikola Mektic.
The couple shared their joyous news on social media, with Goerges posting beautiful wedding photos and captioning them “Mr & Mrs” along with the date of their nuptials, December 14, 2024. The tennis world has been abuzz with congratulations, with fellow players and fans alike sending their best wishes to the newlyweds.
