Tennis star and Alzheimer’s Society Sports Champion Jack Draper led a heartfelt Memory Walk along the Thames to support Alzheimer’s awareness. Draper, joined by friends and family, organized the event in honor of his grandmother, who is living with Alzheimer’s disease.
