Elena Rybakina is proving once again that her determination extends beyond the tennis court. Seven months after revealing she was a novice driver, the Kazakh tennis star is on the verge of obtaining her driver’s license. This journey started after her triumph at the 2024 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix, where she won a Porsche without yet having the skills to drive it.
In a recent video, Rybakina shared her excitement about learning to drive at Galadari Motor Driving Centre, thanking her strict instructor and expressing anticipation for her driving exam. Her commitment reflects a desire not only to master this new skill but also to enjoy the independence of driving her Porsche in style.
Her dedication to acquiring a license began with a promise made during her Stuttgart victory. At the time, she admitted she lacked a license but expressed determination to learn. Her motivation, fueled by the symbolic reward of the Porsche, highlights her perseverance to achieve goals both on and off the court.
While other players relax during the off-season, Rybakina’s efforts demonstrate her proactive approach and commitment to personal growth. Balancing a demanding career with a new challenge, she exemplifies resilience and ambition, inspiring both fans and peers alike.
