In padel, the vibora is a forceful overhead stroke with a lot of side spin. The Spanish word for “viper,” which describes the ball’s snake-like motion in the air, is where the term “vibora” originates.

You hit the ball with a chopping motion to perform a vibora, which causes the ball to bounce off the back glass at an angle. It’s a strong shot with offensive and defensive applications.
