Andy Murray reaches the Wimbledon semifinal after beating Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in 5 sets. Soon after the match, Andy shares how Lendl is contributing to his performance. Ivan rejoined Murray’s team a few weeks ago, and since then, Andy has won 10 consecutive matches after winning at the Queens Club, and he has reached the semi in Wimbledon.

Andy commented “It’s beneficial having him, for sure, because I trust him, have a lot of confidence in him. He can help when I’m on the court a little bit, just his presence. Might be a small amount, but like I said, every little bit helps.
The prematch stuff, the work that you do in preparation for the matches, is where you get the big benefit. When this tournament’s finished, the sort of training weeks are really where I think you get the biggest benefit. Hopefully, I’ll have a few of them between now and the end of the year.”
The semis against Berdych
Andy will play the semifinal in Wimbledon against Berdych. The head to head is 8-6 for the Brit. This will be their first match on grass.
