Nick had three tough matches in the previous rounds against Stepanek (won in 4), Brown (won in 5) and Lopez (won in 4). The Australian has come out in style from all matches using his serve as his most valuable weapon (he has blasted 79 aces in 3 matches!).
Murray
Andy had a much easier life to win all matches in straight sets against Broady, Lu, and Millman. The Brit is probably the favorite to win the tournament after Djokovic crashed out in the 3rd round.

Andy leads Nick 4-0 in the previous matches. The Brit has conceded just 1 set to Kyrgios so far.
Prediction
Murray should win this match in 4. In fact, the world no.2 has already proved to be much stronger from a mental point of view in best of 5 matches (slams) on 3 occasions. Nick may sneak in 1 or max 2 sets
If Kyrgios wins he will be a strong candidate to win the whole thing. Game on!
