I am old, that’s why they help me with schedules. FEDERER

Roger Federer had a rather smooth march to the second week in Wimbledon. The Swiss Maestro was lucky for two reasons: first, he had a rather easy draw in the first three rounds; second, he didn’t have to battle with the persistent rain delays because the organization puts him always on center court where they can close the roof (would you blame them?),

It is easier for Federer. ZVEREV

After finishing his 2nd round against Youzhny, Sasha Zverev said that Roger has help from the organization because he can play under the roof to comment “He will get today and tomorrow off. I have to play yesterday, today, and tomorrow and then maybe Monday.”

I am old. FEDERER

Roger used his humor to comment on his scheduling “I might take a day off tomorrow just because I can. I am sorry … I have to take them when I can. I’m an old guy.

I definitely got a bit lucky to play British guys, which put us on Centre Court. So I’m the only guy in the fourth round, which is maybe a little bit of an advantage. Tomorrow it’s relax, and Monday hopefully I’ll have great energy when I come back.”

Next vs. Johnson

Roger will play Steve Johson in the 4th round. They have never played each other so far.

Do you think Roger was favorite from the schedules?
