Murray explains how his daughter is impacting on his tournaments

Andy Murray made a quick job of his compatriot Liam Broady in the Wimbledon opener (6-2 6-3 6-4). Since there was not much to comment about the match, besides the fact that it was important to finish it quickly, Andy spent some words about how becoming a father has impacted on his tennis life.

I try to have as much contact as I can. MURRAY

Andy explained “All of the tournaments feel a little bit different because having a child changes your perspective on things. So it feels different all of the time. She’s come to a lot of the tournaments. I’ll have as much contact as I can during the tournament.”

Unfortunately, this time, Andy was not able to see her Sophia when back in hotel “I haven’t seen her since I came off. She’ll be in bed when I get back.” That’s the life of a tennis champion.
