Nick Kyrgios has a good start in Wimbledon after defeating a dangerous Radek Stepanek in the opener. The Australian had a rough ride against his friend. Nick was leading 6-3 6-4 5-4, and he couldn’t serve out the match; furthermore, Stepanek staved off two match points in the breaker. Eventually, the match went to the 4th set, and the Australian won 6-3, 6-4, 6-7(9), 6-1.

Nick wasn’t really happy after he knew he had to play Radek in the opener, and he confirmed it in the interview. “He knows how to play on grass. He serves well. He volleys well,” Kyrgios said of Stepanek” I couldn’t lapse at all today.
