Novak Djokovic has once again shown his resilience on the court after defeating Italian Flavio Cobolli at the Shanghai Masters. Despite the challenge of potentially playing five long matches over six days, Djokovic remains confident in his ability to handle the demanding schedule.

The 24-time Grand Slam champion emphasized that his limited tournament participation helps him stay fresh. “I think the advantage of not playing many tournaments is that you’re fresh. So, I don’t mind playing long matches every single day, whatever it takes,” Djokovic explained.

His victory over Cobolli marked another step in Djokovic’s Shanghai Masters campaign, and with a packed schedule ahead, he remains unfazed, relying on his experience and physical readiness to take him through.

As the tournament progresses, all eyes will be on Djokovic to see if his confidence and conditioning will carry him to yet another title.
