Russian tennis star Anna Kalinskaya made her Nike debut at the China Open, sporting a vibrant purple outfit as she battled through her opening match against American Hailey Baptiste. In her first appearance in Nike gear, Kalinskaya bounced back from a set down to win two tiebreakers in an impressive display.
Kalinskaya’s ensemble featured a striking short-sleeved top with contrast mesh panels at the collarbone for breathability, paired with loose-fitting shorts with side slits and a pleated back for both comfort and style. Completing her look, she wore Nike Vapor Pro 2 shoes with Air Zoom cushioning for enhanced agility.

Currently the world no.14 (career-high), Kalinskaya achieved an overall 34-16 match record in 2024. Kalinskaya is now having a run in Beijing where she toppled the world no.111 Hailey Baptiste 3-6 7-6(2) 7-6(5).
Anna Kalinskaya will come up against the world no.46 Peyton Stearns in the 3rd round on Sunday at 4:00 pm on MOON. They have never played each other until now in top competitions.
The Russian was the finalist in Dubai (Dubai Duty Free Championships) and in Berlin (Berlin Ladies Open).
