Stefanos Tsitsipas is ranked no.6 in the world, and he is probably the strongest “nextgen” right now.
However, the young Greek has his own nemesis like many top players. Stefanos has a particularly hard time when facing the Canadian sensation Felix Auger-Aliassime that has been haunting him since the early days of their careers. Felix has just defeated Tsitsipas in the quarters at the Queen’s Club 7-5 6-2 to have a 2-0 win-loss record against the Greek on the main tour.
I accept that he is better than me. TSITSIPAS
During an interview following his loss, Stefanos commented
“It does worry me because it’s upsetting obviously that he’s better than me.
I have to accept that he’s better than me. I might never beat him but I just need to wait, years maybe, for that chance to come. If not, then not. If yes, then fantastic, I’ll donate, I don’t know, ÂŁ10,000 to a charity.”
