As Team Europe gears up for the 2024 Laver Cup, Stefanos Tsitsipas is determined to reclaim their lost glory after two consecutive defeats to Team World. Featuring a strong lineup with Carlos Alcaraz, Daniil Medvedev, Alexander Zverev, Grigor Dimitrov, Casper Ruud, and Tsitsipas himself, Europe is primed for a comeback on their home turf in Berlin.
Tsitsipas, making his fourth appearance at the Laver Cup, expressed his excitement and determination in a recent interview. “I do want to get it back for sure,” Tsitsipas said, reflecting on the team’s harsh defeat in 2023. “They were pretty bummed out about losing that one. Part of my job is to come out there and get that trophy back. We deserve it. We have a good team.”
