After retiring from tennis, Andy Murray has concluded his career transition. At the Olympics in Paris earlier this summer, the 37-year-old brought an end to his illustrious career.

Alongside Dan Evans, he advanced to the men’s doubles quarterfinals but was defeated by the American duo of Taylor Fritz and Tommy Paul. Since then, Murray has made suggestions that he might play a different sport to maximize his love of golf.

His confirmation of his participation in an upcoming Pro-Am event has brought his dreams one step closer to reality. Later this month, the legendary tennis player will compete in the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth.

On his Instagram story, he posted a photo of the greens along with a request for advice from his followers on how to get better.

The European golf circuit recently shared an updated bio of Murray. The bio read: “I played golf. I now play golf.”

Murray wrote on his Instagram story: “First ever golf lesson today on the journey to become a scratch golfer. Any tips welcome!”
