Nick Kyrgios and Bernard Tomic are definitely among the most controversial players on tour. Recently, Tomic has horrified the Australian tennis community (and beyond) after completely giving up a match in Madrid against Fognini.
Australian Chef de Mission to Rio, Kitty Chiller, had some rough comments about Tomic saying that both Bernard and Kyrgios are on the watching list because their behavior doesn’t reflect the Olympic spirit.
What Kyrgios said
Nick didn’t take it nicely to post a nasty tweet against Chiller (that tweet was promptly deleted) saying “Lol ‘Warned by Kitty Chiller’ how about you just be quiet and don’t talk about me until you watch my matches #smh”
Then Kyrgios posted another one where he states that he deserves to play in Rio because of the spectacular shots he can produce such has the winning tweener against Nishikori in Madrid.
Time for Nick to give the management of his Twitter account to a PR agency?
