Ranked world no.1, the Italian played his last match on the 19^th of August when he beat world no.27 Francis Tiafoe 7-6(4) 6-2 in the final in Cincinnati to win his 16^th career title.

Presently, during this year Jannik owns an overall 48-5 win-loss record. Sinner conquered 5 titles in 2024 at the Australian Open, Rotterdam, Miami, Halle and Cincinnati.

Sinner has scheduled to compete next at the U.S. Open (U.S. Open). He will start the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 26th of August.
