‘I got more used to the surface compared to the last match and that was definitely a difference,’ said Wozniacki, ‘It was a very different match compared to the last one.’
Caroline will play Alize Cornet in the next round.
Jelena Jankovic also had a good win in straight sets to play Canepi (7-5 4-6 7-6 (2) on Babos) in the 3rd round.
Finally Angelique Kerber managed to dfeat Keothavong in 3 sets 4-6 6-3 6-3 to take on Barthel (6-3 6-2 over Brianti).
