Watch the YouTube video “I TRANSFORMED My Bandeja In 1 Training Session!” where the coach points out and fixes three mistakes he makes when playing bandeja during a training session.

The first mistake was using the bandeja deck, which made shots less useful and making it harder to get regular spin and power.

The second mistake was playing all of their bandeja shots in a small, safe area, which made it easy for their opponents to return the ball. T

The third mistake was not giving the balls enough backspin, which made them easily bounce off the glass.

The person talking did three types of drills to fix these problems: he focused on planting his feet and hitting the ball without jumping; he also aimed for the corners and the middle of the table to make it harder for his opponents to return the ball; and he hit the balls with a certain part of the racket to give them more backspin.

The coach also talks about his progress in trying to get three unreturnable bandeckers in a row and then ten perfect bandeckers. He is happy with his progress and asks viewers to share tips in the comments on how to get better at bandeja.
