Kim Murray, wife of tennis star Andy Murray, recently shared a humorous and memorable anecdote about the first time she watched her husband play live. Reflecting on the experience, she recounted the event with a touch of humor and nostalgia.

“I first saw him play live at the US Open, that same summer (2005), and his first match was against Andre Pavel,” Kim recalled. “It was a five-set epic, and he projectile vomited on the court right in front of me, which was an interesting start. Thankfully, it was down the other end of the court, not directly in front of me.”

Despite the unexpected turn of events, Kim found the experience noteworthy. “I can’t believe I stuck around after that, but it was, you know,” she remarked with a laugh.

Kim’s recollection provides a lighthearted glimpse into the early days of her relationship with the tennis champion, showcasing her support and dedication from the very beginning. Her story adds a personal and endearing touch to the public’s perception of the couple’s journey together in the world of professional tennis.
