Genie Bouchard doesn’t have many friends during these days, but we would have never thought she would remain without an agent. Genie parted ways with IMG for “unknown reasons”. According to some rumours, the agency wanted Bouchard’s mother Julie Leclair no longer be involved in managing her career and that wasn’t acceptable for the Canadian.
The weird stuff is that IMG did an excellent job in securing multi-million sponsorship deals (eg. Nike) even if Genie had a rather lousy year in 2015.
