Aga Radwanska was extremely disappointed for not being able to compete “at home” in Katowice last week. The Pole was sidelined by an injury to her right shoulder, but eventually that didn’t prevent her from reclaiming the 2nd spot in the rankings.
How was this possible?
Last week Angelique Kerber failed to defend her title in Charleston after surrendering to Sloane Stephens in the semi (Angelique was ill). Because of this Angelique lost 285 points while Aga hasn’t lost a single point.
