Mardy Fish responded hilariously to Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz’s outstanding performances in the men’s doubles at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. Their partnership was deemed unfair by the former American tennis player.

Nadal and Alcaraz are off to a great start at the Olympics. In the first round on Saturday, July 27, the Spanish duo defeated the Argentines Andres Molteni and Maximo Gonzalez 7-6 (4), 6-4.

A full Philippe-Chatrier crowd greeted the two in what has been one of the most talked-about Olympic partnerships. The cooperation between the two at Stade Roland-Garros is particularly noteworthy in light of their French Open triumph.

Fish, a funny silver medalist in the men’s singles competition at the 2004 Summer Olympics, demanded that they be immediately disqualified for being too skilled.

He wrote on X: “I declare this team as not fair. Disqualify them for being too good immediately.”
