Matteo Berrettini secured his third title of the year at the Kitzbühel tournament, delivering an emotional speech to thank his team and coach Francisco. The victory marked a significant milestone, especially given the challenges Berrettini faced earlier in the year.

“Thanks to my team. Finally, Francisco, we made it. Third final, we lost the first two. Francisco, this year was pretty successful. Two weeks. Two tournaments. I think we should stop working. To do better than this is gonna be tough,” Berrettini said humorously.

He extended his gratitude to his support team back home, acknowledging their role in his recent successes. “Obviously, thanks to the team back home. Hopefully, they’re watching. Thanks for the support as always. They helped me a lot during the last months, which weren’t easy for me. Grazie.”

Berrettini’s victory in Kitzbühel stands as a testament to his resilience and the unwavering support of his team, highlighting the collaborative effort behind his achievements.
