Vika Azarenka and Angelique Kerber advances in the WTA rankings.
Azarenka
Vika is currently the player to beat. The former world no.1 has won Indian Wells and Miami back to back and she has a great 22-2 win-loss record in the season (counting also a walk over in Acapulco). After winning Miami, Vika gains 3 places to be ranked no.5. She is aiming at the very top spot.
Kerber
Angelique is having a great season. After winning the Australian Open, the German crashed out in the opener of Doha and Indian Wells, but Angelique managed to bounced back in Miami to reach the semi (d. by Azarenka). After last week’s result Kerber is back to be ranked no.2.
