Andy Murray has made history after interrupting a big drought for his country after winning the US Open and the Wimbledon. It’s time for his brother Jamie to make history to become the first Briton to be ranked as world no.1 after the introduction of the modern ranking system.
Next week Jamie will overtake world no.1 Marcelo Melo. This feat will come even if Jamie crashed out in the Miami Opener, but Marcelo wasn’t able to defend last year’s points to lose in the second round.
