After Daria Kasatkina’s teasing question about her feelings for the Italian, Jannik Sinner’s girlfriend Anna Kalinskaya responded with a humorous reply. Sinner’s connection to carrots was brought up by Kasatkina to make fun of her countryman.
During the 2024 French Open, Sinner revealed he was in a relationship with fellow tennis player Kalinskaya. They went to each other’s matches during the competition; Sinner advanced to the semifinals, while Kalinskaya lost in the first round.
Kasatkina made fun of Kalinskaya’s new relationship with the world No. 1 during their exchange.
Kasatkina asked Kalinskaya: “Wait. carrot cake, yes or no?”
Carrots have become a symbol for Sinner ever since he ate some during a break at the 2019 Erste Bank Open in Vienna.
Kalinskaya was, therefore, surprised by Kasatkina’s question. Kalinskaya replied while laughing: “F**k you.”
Dasha! 🤣Seriously though, Anna is looking GORGEOUS! Jannik, you’re a very lucky man! pic.twitter.com/7Wg5obhlfR
