DOPING. Nadal to sue ex-French minister

Rafael Nadal has been (unfairly) accused of doping for most of his career. Many have been confusing the concept of being very fit with the one of being doped. The King of Clay has shown during the years an incredible level of fitness to draw some speculations about doping.

Recently, Rafa has been the target of Roselyne Bachelot, who served as the French minister of health and sports between 2007 and 2010. Last week, Bachelot implied that Nadalgot his “famous” 7 months’ break in 2012 because he had doping problems. This last allegation was too much for Rafa that has decided to sue her.

Nadal. I am going to sue her

During a recent press conference, Rafa stated “I am going to sue her, and I am going to sue everyone who is going to comment something similar in future, because I am tired of that. I let it go a few times in the past. No more.”

Nadal maintains that Sharapova needs to pay for failing a drug test in Melbourne and he added “I am a completely clean guy. I worked so hard during my career that when I get injured I never take nothing (illegal) to be back quicker.”
