Nick Kyrgios hits the headlines once again for displaying bad behavior.
The Australian no.2 lost to Albert Ramos-Vinolas 7-6(4) 7-5 in the Indian Wells 1st round to get a warning for swearing on-court.
What happened. The Penaly…
Nick was trailing on a 6-7 2-all score-line to get a penalty and lose a point after using the “f word”. That was the moment when Nick started his own show. He briefly sat in the crowd, then he went to protest with the umpire saying “I didn’t say anything. Nick. You know we are strict on the F word … I have a report from an official. I trust him”.
… the quarrel with the umpire
Unfortunately, the show protracted soon after Kyrgios lost that game (3-2 for Ramos-Vinolas). The Australian went to the umpire “What the f**k just happened?” Kyrgios said. “Please Nick, stop using `F’ words,” the official responded. “I didn’t say anything mate,” Kyrgios replied “I don’t wanna play anymore, this is bullshit,”
Eventually the match ended after just les then 2 hours.
Not a good day for Kyrgios.
