Stan Wawrinka is rising again.
The Swiss sensation has been sidelined for long by a knee injury, and he is now finding his way back. Stan impressed at the French Open after he defeated Grigor Dimitrov and then Stefanos Tsitsipas in an epic 5-setter before making the life hard to Roger Federer in the quarters.
Stan has broken back in the top20 (he is now ranked no.19), and he is no.12 in the Year to Date rankings.
The 3-times slam champion is now getting ready for the grass season and he announced that he added to his team Dani Vallverdu that used to be the coach of the likes of Andy Murray and Grigor Dimitrov.
I am pleased to announce that I will collaborate with @danielvallverdu for the up and coming grass court season. He will be an addition to my team @normansweden #yannick and I’m really excited to learn from his extensive experience and knowledge in the world of tennis !!
