Emma Raducanu is set to return to Washington D.C. for her second appearance at the Citi Open. In her debut at the tournament in 2022, the 21-year-old Briton reached the quarterfinals, showcasing her potential on hard courts. This year, the tournament will mark her first hard court event since the BNP Paribas Open in February.

Madison Keys, currently ranked World No. 12, will also compete in Washington. Keys made her tournament debut over a decade ago in 2013 and reached the semifinals last year. This will be her fifth main-draw appearance at the Citi Open.
