What a tournament for Amanda Anisimova!

The 17-year-old from the US reaches the French Open semifinal after beating Simona Halep, the defending champion) 6-2 6-4 and without dropping a single set for the entire event.

The American teenager is also rising fast in the rankings. Currently the world no.51,  Anisimova is projected to be no.26 after the Roland Garros if she doesn’t go beyond the semifinal. However, Amanda can be also proud of the fact that after Paris she will be ranked at least as the new world no.13 in the Year to Date rankings and she would break in the top10 in this special log if she goes 1 step further.

Amanda will face Ashleigh Barty in the final 4 for the first time of her career. It’s all new for her… and for us.
