Incredible stuff in Paris!
Dominic Thiem got absolutely furious after being kicked out from the press conference room to make space to Serena Williams that didn’t want to wait after she lost to Sofia Kenin.
What happened
Dominic ended his 3rd round with a good 4 sets win over Pablos Cuevas (6-3 4-6 6-2 7-5). When he was midway through the German-speaking section of his press conference he was asked to leave and continue his discussion in a smaller room to give space to the American that according to reports didn’t want to wait.
Thiem was pretty furious about that to comment
“I don’t really get it, seriously. I mean, what the hell? I am not a junior player anymore.
No, but it’s a joke. What’s my point of that? I have to leave the room because she’s coming. Well I’ll leave also then. I can also do whatever I want.”
