Carlos Alcaraz expressed his excitement about facing Stefanos Tsitsipas in the French Open quarterfinals, highlighting his anticipation for the challenging match. “I’m really looking forward to playing this match. I love these kinds of matches,” Alcaraz said in an on-court interview following his previous victory.

Having closely observed Tsitsipas’s recent performances, Alcaraz acknowledged the Greek player’s strong form and confidence. “I’ve seen a lot of matches lately from Stefanos. I know he’s playing great tennis and has a lot of confidence right now,” he noted.

Confident in his own strategy, Alcaraz believes he has the tools to trouble Tsitsipas. “I think I have the key against him. I’ll try to put the shots that get him in trouble,” he said. Emphasizing his intent to perform at his best, he added, “I’ll try to show my best.”
