These are not easy days for tennis after all the mess that is coming out about match fixing. Few days ago Djokovic confessed that they tried to bribe him back in 2006 and now an Italian newspaper, Tuttosport, is accusing him of deliberately lose a match in 2007 against Santoro.

Nole was furious for the allegations to say I’ve lost that match. I don’t know if you’re trying to create a story about that match or for that matter any of the matches of the top players losing in the early rounds. I think it’s just absurd.”
At that time Nole was world no.3 and he had his wisdom teeth removed just before the Paris Master Soon after that match Nole commented “I couldn’t give my 100%, not even 30% of my possibilities. He deserved to win. I’m still on medications. I didn’t practise for a whole week. I only started practising two days ago. Physically, I’m not feeling at all good. It’s been a very long season and I’m really exhausted. I hope people will understand.”
Accusing Djokovic of deliberately losing a match? Well it’s the accusation to be criminal!
