Stefanos Tsitsipas is the youngest player ever to have beaten all the big 3.

The 20-year-old defeated Novak Djokovic in the 3rd round in Toronto last year (score), he beat Roger Federer in the 4th round at the Australian Open this year (score), and he downed Rafael Nadal in the semifinal in Madrid (score).
