Grigor Dimitrov reaches a final after more than 1 year (Stockholm 2014) after defeating Dolgopolov and Muller in the same day.
Things got a bit tricky after Grigor wasn’t able to win the quarters yesterday as the rain interrupted his match against Dolgopolov when he was 4-2 up in the third. Eventually Grigor managed to conclude and win the match 4-6 6-3 6-4 in the morning. In the afternoon, Dimitrov defeated an always tricky Gilles Muller 6-2 7-6 (4) to reach the final.
The final vs. Troicki
Grigor will lay the final against Viktor Troicki that has defeated in the same day Mahut (4-6 6-3 6-3) and Gabashvili (3-6 6-4 6-4).
Grigor and Viktor have played each other twice, head to head is 2-0 for the Bulgarian.
