Premier Padel and the International Padel Federation (FIP) have made improvements to the 2024 season schedule for both players and fans, especially in Spain, the heartland of the sport. Following negotiations between the FIP and Premier Padel, the world’s top unified men’s and women’s professional circuit, Premier Padel, will host its first-ever P2 indoor event from September 16–22, 2024, in the magnificent city of Valladolid. The Valladolid Premier Padel P2 competition will take place at the Pisuerga Sports Center, and the legendary Plaza Mayor of Valladolid will host the competition’s next edition in 2025.
The FIP Valladolid Platinum event has been postponed from its original June date in Valladolid to a Premier Padel P2 tournament in order to carry out this alteration. The FIP has also expanded the CUPRA FIP Tour schedule to include the FIP Gold Valladolid tournament. From June 24 to June 30, 2024, it will be held at the “Raqueta Valladolid” club in Spain, which is one of the most active padel districts. The CUPRA FIP Tour includes the FIP Platinum Sardegna, which is the second tournament held in Sardinia. The last stage of the European padel circuit, the FIP European Padel Championships, which also takes place in the same city of Cagliari from July 22–28, is held the week before this one, from July 15 to 21.
