Two US Open champions, Coco Gauff and Naomi Osaka, secured their spots in one of the most prestigious events of the year, despite their lack of success on the clay courts of Rome.
Gauff and Osaka are participating in a show hosted by Black Entertainment Television for exclusive recognition. Gauff and Osaka are nominated for additional prizes, which highlights their commitment to maintaining tennis as a top sport in the United States.
The Black Entertainment Television Network is reportedly getting ready to conduct its own BET Awards ceremony this year. Tennis fans went crazy when they saw Gauff and Osaka’s list of nominees for the Sportswoman of the Year Award.
