Terribly disappointing news has emerged from the world of tennis as Michael Mmoh announces that he will be out for the rest of the season due to an elbow injury.
The news was confirmed on social media, with @TickTockTennis posting on X, “Every time he gets on a roll, an injury pops up to derail his momentum. But, he always comes back.”
Mmoh’s injury is a significant setback for the athlete, who has faced a series of physical challenges throughout his career. Currently ranked no.116, the American played his last match on the 23rd
of April when he had to retire when playing against world no.273 Aidan Mayo in the 1st round and the scoreline was 4-6 6-4 2-0 .Currently, during this year Mmoh has a 8-12 match record.
He is also scheduled to play at the French Open (French Open). The main draw will start on the 26th of May.
