Rafa said he was more than ready to give everything to his country during the upcoming Olympic Games in Rio to play all competitions.
Nadal: I will play all competitions…
During a radio interview, Rafa commented, “I am going to compete in all that I can in Brazil because they’re Olympic Games, and you want to make the most and want to compete in individual, in mixed, and in doubles.”
… missing the 2012 was hard…
Nadal talked about the huge disappointment he had not to play the Olympics in London (he suffered from tendonitis) “I already said that to miss the 2012 Games was one of the difficult moments of my career, which probably hurt me more.”

Rafa has already chosen his partner for mixed doubles “My intention is to play (with Muguruza). Garbiñe has done a fantastic year and is a very good choice.”
Rafa has won the gold medal in singles in 2008 beating Gonzales in the final
