Recently, Coco Gauff celebrated Jalen Sera’s 22nd birthday and got a sweet note in return.
Gauff’s 2024 European claycourt campaign has begun. She is competing at the Madrid Open after making it to the quarterfinals in Stuttgart, where she easily defeated Arantxa Rus 6-0, 6-0 to advance to the third round.
Dayana Yastremska will be the American’s next opponent in the final 16 match. Alongside her fellow countryman, Taylor Townsend, she is competing in doubles.
Gauff promptly wished her boyfriend Sera and his twin brother, Terence, a happy 22nd birthday, regardless of her hectic schedule. Gauff recalled a happy picnic she had with the two.
