Rasheed willing to coach Kyrgios

Nick Kyrgios is the name of the moment and many would be happy to coach him. The Australian has parted ways with his coach just before Wimbledon and he (desperately) needs somebody to guide him. Kyrgios is currently under the mentorship of Lleyton Hewit, but he needs something more… steady.

Recently the legendary John McEnroe has offered his services to Kyrgios, now it is time for Roger Rasheed to make a move. Roger has already worked with Monfils, Tsonga and Dimitrov and he hasn’t coached anyone after parting ways with Grigor soon after Wimbledon.

Rasheed commented “If a player with a high skill set is willing to commit and wants to be a player in the game, my coaching process delivers.

You’ve got to be willing to buy into that, buy into actually wanting to be a great player. Obviously Nick’s a different character. He’s flamboyant, and you’re never going to take away the natural flair of the athlete. But it’s about how you can actually bring that and mold that into a product that can legitimately be a force on the world stage.”

Things didn’t go as planned with the Bulgarian, will Roger have another shot with Kyrgios?

CAN HE MAKE IT?
